Frederick C. Lane has joined the board of directors of the Utah
Capital Investment Corp., the private governing body of the Utah
Fund of Funds. Lane is managing director, founding partner, chairman
and chief executive officer of Lane, Berry & Co. International LLC,
an investment banking firm based in Boston. Lane has more than 30
years of experience in venture capital and private equity
interaction as an adviser, investor, limited partner, recruiter and
employer of managing director talent.
Troy J. Aramburu, Brett Ekins and Jacob Redd have been elected
shareholders at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough PC, and Lori Nelson
