Morton's The Steakhouse in Annapolis has hired David C. Crane as
general manager and maitre'd.
Crane previously worked as the acting general manager at Morton's
in Georgetown, assistant manager at Morton's on Connecticut Avenue
in Washington and assistant general manager at Morton's in Tyson's
Corner, Va., according to a release. He also is a certified
sommelier.
Crane replaced Chad Lipson who relocated to Miami to open a new
Morton's there.
