ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Wood pallets used to ship food in the Washington Metropolitan Area tested positive for three types of deadly food poisoning bacteria, raising new concerns about the risks wood pallets pose to the nation's food supply.
