Founding partner Mark C. Treanor has rejoined Pope & Hughes, of
Towson, which has been renamed Treanor Pope and Hughes. Treanor
served as senior vice president and general counsel of Wachovia
Corp. and as a director of Wachovia Bank from 2001 to 2008. He also
has served on the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland
School of Law. His practice will focus on assisting business
executives and in-house counsel on litigation, investigations,
alternative dispute resolutions, regulatory matters, and corporate
and board governance.
Richard Bardos has joined Schulman, Treem, Kaminkow & Gilden, of
Baltimore, as Of Counsel to lead its new health law practice group.
