Surrounded by family, David and Arlene "Susy" Goodrich of
Redlands celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Oct. 2 at the
home of their daughter Donna Hahn in Mission Viejo.
David, the oldest son of David and Gertrude Goodrich, was born in
El Centro. He attended schools in El Centro and Brawley until his
family moved to Redlands, where he graduated from Redlands High
School.
Susy, the youngest daughter of Bob and Lou Cille Jones, grew up
in El Centro and graduated from Central Union High School.
After graduation, Susy enrolled at the University of Redlands in
1947 and lived at University Hall, the former Casa Loma Hotel, which
had been designated as a dormitory for freshman and sophomore ...
