Article: Poll: OKC area consumers dissatisfied with lack of direct flights

Consumers in the Oklahoma City metro area would fly more often if additional direct flights were available and even appear ready to pay more for those tickets, based on the results of a survey conducted by Insight Market Research and Consulting for The Journal Record.

"There is dissatisfaction with the availability of direct flights," said James Bost, president of Insight Market Research and Consulting. "You've got fewer than one out of three consumers think that the availability of direct flights is good or excellent."
