It's hard to believe it's been a year since the Shop Talk blog
and the companion Shop Talk Reporter's Notebook launched.
The blog, which turns a year old this week, launched Oct. 16 of
last year. The Reporter's Notebook followed a few days later.
The blog has had more than 47,000 page views during that time.
Wow. And that doesn't include the number of compliments (and
constructive criticism) I've received over the past year.
It's been fun sharing with you all the ins and outs of the retail
world from New York to Union Gap.
For today's Reporter's Notebook, I'd like to mention some of the
highlights from the last year. But before I do that, here's a new
item about a Yakima retailer ...
