Dorothy R. Cortez
Dorothy Ruth Cortez, 81, of Selah died Sunday at home. Mrs.
Cortez was born in San Diego. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Arthur Cortez of Selah; two
sons, William Joseph Cortez of Florence, Ark., and Robert Michael
Cortez of Altoona, Pa.; two daughters, Ruthanne Cortez-Weiss of
Selah and Dorothy Marie Cortez of San Diego; a sister, Mary Saunders
of Concord, Calif.; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul
Cathedral in Yakima. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home
and Crematory of Yakima.
