The area's first Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar opens Sunday at
Southridge Centre.
The high-energy restaurant is loaded with 10 52-inch, high-
definition television sets and dozens of 42-inch, flat-screen, high-
definition sets. It will feature wings with 14 signature sauces plus
burgers, ribs, wraps and sandwiches, and 24 varieties of beer on
tap.
Buffalo Wild Wings is in a new 7,000-square-foot building between
Famous Dave's and Summit Community Bank. It can seat 311 people. A
party room that may be reserved at no cost can accommodate groups up
to 30. There's a heated patio that seats up to 50.
"This is a destination place," said Mike Betten, who co-owns the
restaurant with Steve Grube. ...
