ROBERTS RULED: We're not going to sit here and pretend that the building that housed the old Roberts Department Store uptown at 4450 Atlantic Ave. is our favorite building in town. The former W.T. Grant store - it became Roberts in late 1967 - looks like many of the other boxy buildings in the shopping district. It is utilitarian in design is the best thing we can say about it.
