BRYANTS Carpets, the defending champions of the RCS Landscapes Intermediate Snooker League, faced a tough derby match with old rivals Ray Edmonds B after a relatively inconsistent start to their campaign.

Paul Clark and Jonno Webster easily put Bryants on their way with the first frame and then also took a much closer second.

Jamie Richardson and Danny Rock kept the momentum going as Edmonds B had no answer and soon Bryants had an unassailable 4-0 lead.
