THE following cases were heard by South Durham magistrates
sitting at Darlington Magistrates' Court yesterday.
CASE ADJOURNED: Alan Rees, 43, ofAucklandAvenue, Darlington, and
Ritchie Alan Rees, 22, of Vancouver Street, Darlington, pleaded not
guilty to affray. They are due to stand trial at crown court.
Their case was adjourned for committal untilOctober 27, at 10am,
at Darlington Magistrates' Court.
TRIAL SET: John Paul Yarrow, 21, of North Rise, Darlington, had a
trial date set forNovember 23, atBishop AucklandMagistrates'Court.
He pleaded not guilty to being drunk and disorderly.
NO SHOW: A warrant without bail was issued for Colin Hughes, 28,
of Dickinson Street, Darlington.
