FORT IRWIN, Calif., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Clark
Energy Group in partnership with the Department of the Army and
Acciona Solar Power today celebrated the launch of the largest solar
energy project in Department of Defense history with the signing of
a Memorandum of Agreement for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) at Fort
