LITTLETON, Colo., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- In the nation's first appellate decision on the use of SCRAM alcohol monitors as a reliable way to monitor criminal offenders for alcohol consumption, the South Dakota Supreme Court has issued a ruling that upholds the admissibility of SCRAM testimony and evidence under the standard established by Daubert v.
