WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- NASA's Interstellar Boundary Explorer, or IBEX, spacecraft has made it possible for scientists to construct the first comprehensive sky map of our solar system and its location in the Milky Way galaxy.
