3 more firefighters, woman charged in embezzlement RONCEVERTE
Three more volunteer firefighters and a woman have been accused in
an embezzlement scandal involving the Ronceverte Volunteer Fire
Department. West Virginia State Police Trooper W.A. Pendleton said
Matthew Scott Campbell, 27, and Gary Lee Carter, 59, are charged
with receiving stolen property. Ricky Gean Reed, 40, and Angela
Brammer, 25, are charged with conspiracy to commit embezzlement.
Brammers husband was among three former department officials
indicted last week. All four of those charged most recently are
accused of converting the departments money for personal use. All
