Hudimax LLC bought an auto dealership property at 4401 Tinker
Diagonal in Del City for $1.3 million from John E. Smicklas, trustee
of the John E. Smicklas Living Trust, according to Oklahoma County
property records and participants in the sale.
The property includes a 12,250-square-foot auto showroom and
automotive center built in 1998 on 4.5 acres of commercial land.
Steve Lay of Thomas Lay Realtors was the listing agent and broker
for the sale. Jackie Hatton of Capitol Abstract & Title closed the
transaction.
The location will be the site of a new Automax dealership.
