A Las Vegas investor has paid a combined $5.5 million for land in
south Oklahoma City that surrounds a proposed Indian gaming center,
according to Oklahoma County property records and city planning
documents.
Kouretas Family LP, a business operated by Las Vegas investor Nick
Kouretas, bought several commercial and residential lots on the 2900
block of SW 13th and SW 14th streets in Oklahoma City for $5.2
million. The seller was Ivy Ong. In a separate transaction, the
Kouretas Family paid $280,000 to buy a retail property at 1429 S. May
Ave. and a service garage at 1409 S. May Ave. from James and Linda
Stewart. All of the properties are contiguous.
