FINDING the back of the net has definitely not been a problem for
Ferry Road Club at the start of this season.
Unbeaten so far in division two of The Fallen Hero Scunthorpe
Sunday Football League, Ferry Road have chalked up 19 goals in three
games.
They added to that record by thrashing Bridge Roofing 11-4 to
move up to second.
Brendan O'Callaghan, Josh Longton and man of the match Gary
Phillips all weighed in with two goals in the emphatic victory.
Liam Turner, James Donnelly, Lewis Downie, Franco Di Quinto and
Will Lowry also got on the scoresheet for Ferry Road.
The consolation goals for the visitors came from Ross Reed (2),
Danny Aslam and Martin Henderson.
