CINCINNATI, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, school buses are seven times safer than passenger cars. Unfortunately, motorists illegally passing the stopped school bus present an increased risk to students boarding and leaving the bus.
