China trains rural blind people for massage business

BEIJING, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- China has launched a one-year free program of massage training for visually-impaired people in impoverished rural areas, said the China Association of the Blind (CAB) Thursday.

The project plans to train a total of 300 blind people in ten provinces and autonomous regions including Shanxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Qinghai, Gansu, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia.

Every training term lasts three months.
