In accordance with a resolution taken at the Annual General
Meeting of Alfa Laval AB on April 20, 2009, the Chairman of the
Board, Anders Narvinger, has contacted five of the largest
shareholders to constitute the Nomination Committee in preparation
of the Annual General Meeting 2010.
In a release, the Company noted:
the following persons have accepted to be part of the Nomination
Committee: Finn Rausing - Tetra Laval, Lars-Ake Bokenberger - AMF-
Pension, Bo Selling - Alecta, Mats Lagerqvist - Swedbank Robur
Fonder and Peter Ronstrom -Lannebo Fonder.
