Annapolis - The 14 remaining units of the Harbour Light
condominium development on the Eastern Shore are scheduled to go up
for bid Nov. 14 at the Loews Annapolis Hotel.
Part of a builder closeout sale, the auction is set for 11 a.m.
The Harbour Light community, in Crisfield, Somerset County, has
92 units.
Minimum bids start at $75,000 for three-bedroom, two-bath units.
The original asking prices for those units reached as high as
$570,000.
Bidders are required to bring a certified check for $10,000.
