Article: Officials modify redistricting plan Boundary lines change moving some families back

Menomonee Falls -- School district administrators have redrawn proposed elementary school boundary lines based on the latest enrollment data.

The School Board is expected to vote on the boundaries in late November or early December after administrators find answers to questions raised during parent meetings. Questions include: What is the busing plan for 4-year-old kindergartners? And, how is the district going to serve students with special needs?

The board's decision in May to open an early childhood/4-year- old kindergarten education center at Ben Franklin in 2010-11 is making a change to the boundary lines necessary.
