WEEZER HAS PRODUCED two iconic, innovative videos. When Spike Jonze directed the video for "Buddy Holly," he put the band in Arnold's Drive-In from "Happy Days." With clever editing and special effects, the band interacts with the cast of the TV show. Fonzie even does a dance. Footage of most of the cast is used, and Al Molinaro re-recorded some new dialogue. At first, Anson Williams, who played Potsie, didn't want footage of him used, but David Geffen convinced him.
