Harris returns to Bears practice
LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Tommie Harris returned to practice for the
Chicago Bears after coach Lovie Smith benched the three-time Pro
Bowl defensive tackle last week.
Smith made it clear: Harris had better practice if he wants to
play. And that's exactly what he was doing Wednesday as the Bears
prepared for the Cleveland Browns.
Harris was expected to participate without limitations after
sitting out last week because of his chronic left knee problems.
