Physicians of Northwest Oklahoma City Investment Group bought a
dental clinic and office building at 11200 N. Portland Ave. in
Oklahoma City for $8.8 million from Integris Realty Corp., according
to Oklahoma County property records.
The 50,688-square-foot, two-story building was built in 1997 on
about 4.93 acres of commercial property on the east shore of Lake
Hefner.
The property is home to the Lakeside Women's Center of Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma City Gynecology, Dyna Care Oklahoma, and Phillips
Medical Capital.
Capitol Abstract & Title closed the transaction.
