Cohasset High School girls soccer coach Debbie Beal said she has
spent every fall of her life on a soccer field since she was about 5
years old.
So you'll have to excuse the 36-year-old for not recognizing her
own coaching milestone.
Beal's Cohasset squad defeated Hull, 2-1, Monday in South Shore
League action, giving her win No. 101 in her head coaching career.
Her 100th career victory came four nights earlier in a 2-0 win over
Carver.
Beal, who keeps a year-by-year record of her teams, said she did
not realize until last Friday that her win the night previous was
No.100 in her 12-year career at Cohasset.
