Jerry Bayne's Mike Sams is back. And this time, there's political
intrigue and a master assassin afoot.
The Cheyenne author has penned and published "Kill Me Twice" as a
follow-on to his first offering last year, "The Gathering."
Bayne will be signing copies of the book this Saturday from 11
a.m. to 2 p.m. at City News.
"I wanted it to be a spy-versus-spy type of thing," Bayne said of
his plotline for "Kill Me Twice." "It kind of escalated to be the
epitome of a renegade CIA agent and where his revenge is taking
him."
Interlaced in the novel, which begins with a bloated politician
taking the wrong end of an ice pick, is a not-so-subtle undercurrent ...
