Article: Road trip 8 years ago inspires Orono couple to bring California- style food to Maine

During the summer between their first and second years at the University of Maine, future husband-and-wife team Abe and Heather Furth took a cross-country motorcycle trip for two months. It was a trip that changed their lives in many ways, but the most life- changing experience they had was not at a beach, mountain or famous landmark. It was in a burrito shack.
