THERE appears to be more confidence in the current Northern
Ireland property market.
With surveys pointing to some house price growth, albeit by a
small percentage in recent months, there is also anecdotal evidence
of rising property sales.
Indeed as I was putting the finishing touches to Homefinder this
week, the story on these pages about luxurious BT9 boltholes at
Broomhill Lane had to be hastily rewritten as the show house had
just been sold! But house-hunters will be glad to know all three of
the gorgeous apartments here will be open on Sunday from 2pm-4pm for
viewing. And having had a special preview myself I can assure you
