Members of First Congregational Church of Searsport are holding a
benefit fish chowder supper at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Curtis Hall
on Church Street.
Proceeds will assist the family of Mark and Susan Hanson of
Montville, reports Karen Kelly. Mark Hanson is terminally ill with
cancer.
Admission for the fish chowder meal with biscuits, dessert and
beverage is $7 for adults and $4 for children.
Kelly asks you to "please help us help this family."
Hancock Women's Club president Jackie Nicholson invites area
women to hear Joy Foster of MedNow and Coastal Health Center discuss
"strokes and heart health" at 7 tonight at Hancock Community Center.
Donations will be collected for the Food Pantry ...
