Conor McManus would not have played had this game gone ahead last
weekend, but he underlined his value to Clontibret with five
excellent points that helped them to a two points victory over
Dromore.
Clontibret were never headed during the entire contest, but they
were fighting a rearguard action for the final 20 minutes as
Dromore put in a strong finish.
Clontibret opened well and were four points ahead after 12
minutes before Dromore opened their account through Sean O'Neill.
The Tyrone champions did fare much better in the second quarter to
exchange points twice as well as a Colm McCullagh free to leave
Clontibret just two ahead at the break.
By the 10th minute of the second-half though ...
