Ducommun Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously elected Anthony J. Reardon, currently president and chief operating officer, to the additional position of chief executive officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors effective January 1, 2010.

Reardon will succeed Joseph C. Berenato, who will retain his position as chairman.
