The Design Center, a limited liability company whose agent is J.D.
McKean Jr. of Edmond, has bought an undisclosed amount of property
along the Broadway Extension south of NE 122nd Street for $2.39
million from M-I LLC, according to Oklahoma County property records.
The property is in the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township
13 North, Range 3 West of the Indian Meridian in Oklahoma County.
Betty J. Cummins with First American Title & Trust closed the
transaction.
OKC corner lot draws $1.4 million
May-150 LLC, a group whose agent is Gary Johnston of Johnston
Builders in Oklahoma City, has paid $1.4 million to buy land on a
commercial corner in northwest Oklahoma City for new development.
