Article: OKC Major Land Transactions April 9, 2004

Post Road Associates LLC purchased 1.2 acres of commercial land at the intersection of 15th Street and Post Road in Edmond for $1.1 million from Cornerstone Family Church Inc., participants in the deal said this week.

The buyer group plans to construct a Walgreens Pharmacy on the site. Construction is slated to begin immediately.

Karleen Krywucki of Price Edwards & Co. represented the buyer and Susan Blakley of Century 21 represented the seller in the transaction. Construction financing was provided by Fidelity Bank. Linda Cable of Trustmark Title handled the closing.
