Baker First
Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services completed six
commercial lease transactions totaling 6,399 square feet and 7.15
acres of commercial space in the Oklahoma City area.
Raunak Ahmed Eeman leased 7.15 acres at 2897 Shields in Moore for
use as a car lot. Rodney Carter handled the lease.
Catalyst Marketing doing business as Premier Locations leased
1,775 square feet at the Carriage Shops, 1327 NW 59th St. Judith
Crews of Baker First and Jim Rose of NAI Harrison Levy handled the
transaction.
Chickasaw Wireless leased 1,200 square feet at 107 N. Eastern Ave.
in Moore. Rod N. Baker handled the lease negotiations.
