Taxes, development incentives and site selection processes will be among the topics for the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City's eighth annual conference.

Forecast 2005 What's Next is scheduled on Feb. 10 at the Cox Business Services Convention Center.

Glen Mueller, who has 28 years of experience in real estate experience including more than 20 years of research, will be the morning speaker. His real estate research experience includes capital markets, market cycle analysis, securities, portfolio and diversification analysis, senior housing and public and private market investment strategies.
