Outlooks for commercial real estate occupancy and rental rates
blended with humor are forecast for the Commercial Real Estate
Council of Oklahoma City's annual conference.
We want people to leave with a smile on their face but also think
it was worth the trip, said Craig Tucker, chair of Forecast 2005
What's Next, the council's eighth annual conference scheduled Feb. 10
at the Cox Business Services Convention Center.
The forecasts will come from Glen Mueller, who specializes in
commercial real estate market cycles and has a doctorate in real
estate from Georgia State University.
Ross Schafer, a comedian who has conducted corporate presentations
