Article: Heartland Flyer's bound for Guthrie

The Amtrak Heartland Flyer train will temporarily operate to and from Guthrie to provide service during the Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival.

From Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 the northbound Heartland Flyer will depart Fort Worth at 5:25 p.m., depart Oklahoma City at 9:50 p.m. and arrive in Guthrie at 10:55 p.m. From Sept. 30 through Oct. 2, the southbound Heartland Flyer will depart Guthrie at 7:15 a.m., depart Oklahoma City at 8:25 a.m. and arrive in Fort Worth at 12:39 p.m.

The schedule was designed so festival attendees can arrive at night and spend a full day in Guthrie before the return trip. More information on ...
