The Lodge LLC paid $7.5 million to MIP The Lodge for The Lodge on the Lake Apartments at 5401 NW 50th St. Constructed in 1981 as a multifamily property with 252 units, the complex offers 160,626 square feet.

Retail

Donald J. Tenney, Carol A. Tenney and Helmut Hoppe, an Illinois partnership, has acquired retail property at 13400 N. Pennsylvania Ave. from Medical Properties LLC for $2.8 million. Built in 2003 as a neighborhood shopping center, it offers 9,400 square feet. The building contains a Blockbuster Video, a medical clinic and a dental clinic.
