Covell-35 Development LLC paid $7.3 million to Covell Development
for nearly 120 acres. The land is near N. Interstate 35 and E. Covell
Road in Edmond.
Apartments sold in Tulsa
Pickwick Arms Estates LLC of Los Angeles, led by S.R.P. Property
Inc., bought the Pickwick Arms Apartments at 139 N. Garnett Road in
Tulsa from Coolidge Pickwick Arms LLC of White Plains, N.Y., for $4.3
million. The 260-unit complex was built in 1969 and covers 191,848
square feet. The occupancy rate at closing was 71 percent.
