Article: United adds nonstop flights to San Antonio: OKC airport gets new service to New Orleans

United Airlines announced plans Thursday to boost service in the southwestern United States, including new direct flights that will benefit Oklahoma's two largest airports.

Beginning March 3, United will offer daily, nonstop flights from Tulsa International Airport and Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City to San Antonio.

New direct flights are also being added between San Antonio and Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, Kansas City and Omaha.

United will kick off nonstop, daily service between Oklahoma City and New Orleans on Feb. 23.

The flights will be provided by Trans State Airlines, a United partner, using 50-seat regional jets.
