DC Southern Oaks Apartments LLC has sold Southern Oaks Apartments
at 3400 SW 44th St. for $2.2 million.
Locally owned Southern Oaks of Oklahoma LLC bought the property.
Built in 1966, the 126-unit apartment community was at 63-percent
occupancy for its one-, two- and three-bedroom units at the time of
sale.
Dean Lemons, broker/owner of Dean Lemons & Associates Realtors,
served as broker for both the buyer and the seller. Financing was
provided by Sooner State Bank. Lemons said the complex has 96,000
square feet and is a Class C property.
Southern Oaks Apartments features a large office and is an all-
bills-paid complex.
