Born in Saigon, Vietnam, Vi Le came to America as a refugee after
the fall of Saigon in 1975. She graduated from Oklahoma State
University with a degree in English at age 20 and completed her law
degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law at 23.
She began her career as a legal information coordinator for the
Oklahoma Supreme Court. In 1999, she went to work as an attorney for
Lucent Technologies where she counseled and advised primarily in
labor and employee relations for the telecommunications company. Le
accepted her current position with GlobalHealth in January 2004.
