July has been a busy month for Healthcare Partners Investments
LLC.
The company in early July acquired 49 percent of Bone & Joint
Hospital, and it recently continued its transactions when it acquired
AccuHealth Sleep Disorder Center at the Community Hospital, 3100 SW
89th.
AccuHealth Sleep Disorder Center was founded in 1999 and includes
a sleep laboratory for research.
HPI will be in partnership with AccuHealth. Financial details were
not disclosed.
Ed Gray, president of HPI Oklahoma City market, said it's a win-
win for both companies.
