The overseer of Neverland ranch admitted Tuesday that he lied to
police investigating whether Michael Jackson had molested children
staying at the pop star's lavish rural retreat.
But Neverland property manager Joe Marcus denied that his famous
employer of 18 years ever behaved inappropriately with children, and
insisted there were no orders to hold Jackson's young accuser and his
family captive at the ranch to make a video lauding the embattled
entertainer.
Marcus, 34, his gleaming shaved head and conservative suit a
somber counterpoint to Jackson's lime-green vest and shoulder-
