A cool way to top off the summer months: Put on your sundae best
for the neighbors.
Ice cream concoctions make for a great potluck party. And throwing
a sundae soiree can be a clever way of saying goodbye to sweltering
temperatures -- or saying hello to the folks who moved in next door,
or even the neighbors you haven't seen as much as you'd like. And
besides, do you really need a reason to serve ice cream?
Host your gathering on a Sunday -- usually the one night of the
week when many people eat dinner early enough to enjoy a leisurely
