Stars and diamonds are not something you find only in Hollywood.
The best restaurants in the nation have them, too. In this case,
though, the stars and diamonds are the coveted Mobil Five-Star and
AAA Five-Diamond Hotel Awards, given out for superb food, service,
rooms and overall excellence of an establishment.

The Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs would be dripping in jewelry.
The hotel has been on both lists since each was established: Mobil in
1960 and AAA in 1976. It's a testament to the high standards set by
the resort - not the least of which regards food.
