Air Force's triple-option offense used a fourth option Saturday - quarterback Chance Harridge throwing the football. And it worked.

Harridge threw a career best three touchdown passes, all in the first half, and the aggressive-as-usual defense made big plays as the Falcons beat North Texas 34-21 before 32,541 at Falcon Stadium.

Harridge provided the hot hand on a cold, overcast day, completing 10 of 15 passes. North Texas dared Air Force to throw, and the Falcons responded with a package of play-action and misdirection passes that helped them score four first-half touchdowns.
